Barla 1 is a cozy one-bedroom apartment near Place Garibaldi, a residential area with public transport, shops, and restaurants. The port is nearby, as is the Old Town, just a walk away. The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained building. It features a main room with a kitchen corner (electric cooktop, oven/microwave, and refrigerator), a sofa bed, and a coffee table that can transform into a dining table. There is a small shower room and a separate bedroom with a double bed and storage. The windows overlook a quiet alley.

For your comfort, please note that Barla 1 is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, which may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Basic essentials such as linens, and towels, are provided to make your stay stress-free. Additionally, while our neighborhood is quiet, it is also vibrant, so you may experience some activity from nearby cafés and shops, especially during the day.

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

- Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

- Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

- Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

*The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
