Barla 3 - a comfortable one bedroom rental apartment close to Place Garibaldi

Barla 3 is a recently refurbished one bedroom rental apartment close to Place Garibaldi, a very popular area with bars and restaurants. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed for for one extra guest (120cm) in the living room with an open, modern kitchen. For bigger groups: there are two small apartments next door: Barla 1 and 2! The apartment is spacious and well situated, with bus routes, the tramway and the Riquier railway station nearby. The port area is popular among the locals, and also close to the Old Town and the beaches. The apartment is private, but there is a hallway that gives access to two other rental apartments. The area is filled with popular restaurants and cafes: Place Garibaldi, Place du Pin, the port - for shopping, the Avenue de la Rpublique is very close, there are several supermarkets in the area, also organic ones. There is a public car park opposite the living room window, Barla.

The apartment is private, but there is a hallway that gives access to two other rental apartments.

The area is filled with popular restaurants and cafés: Place Garibaldi, Place du Pin, the port - for shopping, the Avenue de la République is very close, there are several supermarkets in the area, also organic ones.

Several bus routes stop here, but you also have the tramway (Garibaldi) at the end of the street, the Riquier railway station at a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the port at even less than that. There is a public car park opposite the living room window, Barla.

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
