Grand Sud

Le Grand Sud is a calm and spacious studio flat just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The tram stop is just on the other side of the street, with direct access both to the airport and the city center. In the studio, there is a well-equipped open kitchen. A bar table separates it from the bedroom/living room. There is a double bed in an alcove and an sofabed for a third guest. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The balcony faces the south and is equipped with a table and chairs, and also a long chair for sunbathing. There is access to the beach from the courtyard.

Other things to note

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
