The bedroom has a double bed and a small desk, perfect for work or reading. The living room is nicely decorated, with a cozy sofa for relaxation. The dining area connects to an open kitchen, fully equipped for cooking. From the living room, you can also access a small balcony, where you can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and the city's vibes.

The modern

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
