Malonat

Malonat is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Town of Nice. It is just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. In the apartment, there is a well-equipped open kitchen. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there are two individual beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for extra guests. The bathroom has a washing machine. There is a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

Other things to note

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
