Studio 9 is a small well-equipped studio in a small alley in the old town of Nice, near the beach and Cours Saleya's daily market, shops and restaurants. There is a double bed 140x190cm, and also a dining area, an open kitchen on the side, a shower room and a small sunny balcony. Studio 9 is ideally located to enjoy Nice - it is right in the middle of the Old Town, the beach is just around the corner, with public transport nearby to visit the rest of the town and the area. The small sunny balcony adds a little extra to this well-equipped studio. Notice the apartment is located on the second floor and there are steep stairs to get to the apartment. 

Getting around

It is possible to walk to visit the city, but the bus and tram are a few minutes walk, the port on the other side of the Castle Hill, and the train station and the airport with the tram.

Other things to note

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:
Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)
Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€
Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€
The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
